Weekly summary e-mail

Total past due, change vs last week, biggest accounts, broken promises and follow-ups due. The app needs an Odoo login to read the data when nobody is signed in (use an account that can see all invoices; an Odoo API key also works as password).

Everyone needs an Odoo account. One login (e-mail) per line. Changes apply immediately.

Managers - see every customer, Setup and Permissions

Regular users - see only the customers where they are the salesperson in Odoo
